Motor Club Vintage Day
Couple of pics Oct 7th of Vintage day at 'Ralphs Cider' farm New Radnor, Wales. Members of the motor club gave assistance, including Dave Williams, Mark Wakelam.
The day was varied with vintage vehicles attempting various tests around the perimeter of the farm and with other local craft displays, including traditional cider making. It was certainly very different from rallying, there was the change to sample local foods and the odd taste of cider? I think Dave and Mark were kept very busy all day, but it's something different for the Motor club to get involved with. This venue is hoping to expand into inviting various car clubs, tractor clubs etc to have their meetings or using it as a point to visit on a tour of the area. There is soon to be a café/restaurant serving local foods along with cider and beers included. Worth remembering for future car tours etc.
Sorry its not to exciting, but another adventure for the motor club.
