Conditions for participation in any official club walk

  1. You must be a full-paying member of  WMP Sports and Social.
  2. You must abide by WMP policy around social distancing
  3. You must disclose any injuries prior to the walk that may prevent you from completing the walk.

ALL members must take personal responsibility to review the walks that are planned including, distance, intensity and location to ensure you are fit enough to complete the walk, without causing injury or unduly delaying other group members. This includes wearing appropriate clothing and footwear before making the decision to attend . We do try and provide a wide range of walks to cover all abilities, but there may be walks that may not be suitable for you to attend, think wisely and if you are unsure ask!

All members need to be aware of the Sports and Social club rules particularly the codes of conduct and the consequences of any breaches.

All members will maintain professionalism, respect and integrity at ALL times. We are representatives of the organisation and failure to abide by this may result in your membership being terminated and further action could be taken.

The committee welcome all  feedback, but politely request that members consider the huge amount of time and effort it takes to plan all of the events. This is all voluntary and we do it as we want everyone to enjoy the planned walks in a positive atmosphere. Those that are persistently negative will be spoken to and may be asked to leave the club.
