The day started with a game against Avon and Somerset and West Mids started strongly,  opening up a 4-1 lead halfway through the second half only to concede two late goals to set up a nervous finish but West Mids held on to win 4-3.

West Mids then played HMPS, taking an early lead which they never looked like losing and cruised to a second victory.

The third game against Fire 1 swung back and forth in the first half and Mids were just the 1 goal ahead at half time. Fire 1 over committed in the second half allowing Mids to counter attack and score on several occasions to extend their lead though the final score did not reflect the balance of play.

In the last game of the day West Mids played Fire 2. With more subs than Fire 2, Mids proved to be the stronger of the two sides. West Mids won the game and claimed a clean sweep of victories, to take the first Blue Light Indoor title.
