It’s great to be back out training and socialising at a distance with other members if a little strange when adhering to social distance guidelines!
A pre Covid training day was rearranged for the 16th JULY 2020 at Kingswood with trainer Nicky Lickley who it’s fair to say put 6 of our members through their paces in a very hot a sweaty indoor arena! Thanks to Susanne Codd for arranging this session and we have again had more requests to arrange more sessions so watch this space!
On Saturday 25th JULY 2020 we had a fantastic day at Karen Olivers yard just outside of Bridgenorth which was again kindly arranged by Susanne Codd. We had 8 members attend and ride, firstly having a dressage lesson from now onsite based Theresa Szostek. This is the first time we had used Theresa and we received positive feedback from all members. We had a real mixture of ability horses and riders and Theresa accommodated for all.
In the afternoon Karen Oliver who is lovely and accommodating again put us through our paces with a jump lesson. Again we had a mixture of abilities, we had poles/raised poles lessons for a few members, for the braver members a mixture of poles and jumps and then some great technical courses for those flying high. We cover all abilities so don’t hesitate to give it a try!!
We were lucky to have also onsite Sarah Price who has a horse with Theresa and Sarah is a para rider. She has just started up her own photography business so came along and took some pictures for us. Please check them out on sarahpricephoto.com and show her your support.
