• Is there a minimum term for membership?

    New club memberships are for a minimum term of 12 months after which point membership rolls over monthly until cancelled by yourself.

    Lottery subscriptions have no minimum term and will roll over monthly until cancelled.

  • Am I Able to see your offers before joining?

    Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to our website prior to joining however you are more than welcome to come to our offices for a taster before committing.

  • How does your lottery work?

    Every year we give away £120,000 in prize money along with additional seasonal prizes every year.

    Our draw takes place around the first weekend of every month where we will select guaranteed winners for the following prizes amounts

    • £5,000
    • £2,500
    • £1,000
    • £500
    • £200 x 2
    • £100 x 6

    To join the lottery you must be a member of the Association.

  • What are Local Clubs?

    West Midlands Police Sports & Wellbeing Association (main club) provides funding to smaller local clubs across the force area for officers and staff to take part in activities at a local level which includes but not limited to:

    • Children’s Festive Parties
    • Smaller sports events
    • Wellbeing activities

    Most members will usually choose the local club that is applicable to the area they work or live in.

  • Police Sport UK

    Police Sport UK is representative of all the Police Forces of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and provides sporting opportunities for over 300,000 serving and retired police staff to take part in organised sporting events across the country.

  • Do I need to be a member to represent West Midlands Police at sporting events?

    Yes, you must be a full paying member of the club to be able to partake in any sporting activities or represent West Midlands Police at any events such as PSUK.

  • Sports Funding?

    The club sets aside funding to run sports and social sections throughout the year. Members of these sections can claim funding towards expenses for items such as:

    • Entry Fees
    • Travel
    • Accommodation
    • Equipment

  • Sports Facilities at Tally Ho

    Members of the club are able to use our Tennis Courts, Crown and Level Bowls Greens without charge.

    Bowls, Cricket and Rugby pitches can be booked however they are subject to availability and ground condition.
