West Midlands Police Grappling Club in association with West Midlands Police Sports and Wellbeing Association are proud to present this exciting opportunity to have a go at the art of Jiu Jitsu at a two-day seminar at Gracie Barra Birmingham, home of Braulio Estima on the 1st and 2nd February 2020.
The Seminar will be for both beginners and the more advanced students. You are under no commitment to attend the whole weekend, just try one of the days if you wish. First day will be spent on grappling and the sporting element to it. The second day will feature a more self-defence approach to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. You will be welcome to attend a few drinks on the Saturday evening too.
Braulio Estima is a 4th degree black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Throughout his grappling career, he has won in many Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments across the world, such as the Mundials, ADCC, Pan American Championship and European Championship. His long list of accomplishments many consider him one of the top Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners in the world!

- Saturday: 2:30pm – 5:30pm
- Sunday: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
