Over many years the Sports and Wellbeing Association has offered a service to our members through both local clubs and our main club based at Tally Ho.
After listening to our members’ feedback and recognising the changes to the West Midlands Police structure, together with the ever-increasing demand on our local representatives, a decision to centralise our Membership Services has been taken by your Management Committee.
As of 1st April 2020, the Sports and Wellbeing Association will be giving every member full access to all future offers, and every full paying member access to all our future subsidised offers by contacting our Experienced Membership Team or visiting our New Interactive Website.
The Management Committee has taken this decision as a positive reflection of our continued relationship with our Members and with West Midlands Police. It also reflects our commitment to promote the health and wellbeing of our members through sport, recreation and social activities; making this accessible to all whether serving or retired, police officers or police staff.
The club will continue to promote health and wellbeing through sport and offers a variety of Sporting Sections that cover all levels of ability.
As the name suggests, the club is also exploring new ways to promote wellbeing and we will be continuing to encourage members to come forward with new sports, recreation and social suggestions.

What does the Management Committee Announcement mean for all of our current membership activities?
Many of our offers, trips, competitions and events are already available to all of our members, but we also recognise the offers you may have accessed through your own local club are planned some way in advance.
Whilst we enter into a process of integrating the current planned offers, trips and activities for all members to access, we would like to assure all of those members that depending on where your current subscriptions are aligned too, if you have booked a place on a trip or are taking part in an event we can guarantee this will be still taking place, this may also include some trips and offers yet to be advertised.
