We are pleased to announce that the Police Sport UK Regional Darts Championships will take place on Sunday 19th of January 2020.
The event will now take place at the Shirley British Legion which is situated inside the Asda shopping complex, Stratford Road at Haslucks Green Road, Shirley, Solihull. Post code is B90 3BQ. The Legion has a new purpose built darts area on the first floor. The event starts at 10am and the bar will be open from 11am.
The competitions will be run in round-robin format and winners will be asked to represent the Force/Region at the National Finals at Potters Leisure, Hopton on Sea, Norfolk, Monday 4th of may to Thursday 7th 2020. Runners Up may also be considered as wild cards on application to the indoor games committee.
The competitions are Men’s Singles, Ladies Singles, Men’s Masters Singles (over50), Ladies Masters Singles (over 50), Mixed Doubles, Men’s Doubles, Ladies Doubles and Masters Doubles (over 50).
Entry is open to all Sports & Wellbeing Members and other than your own travel, there are no costs to enter this event. There are a range of members who attend and is open for all abilities so even if you are not a confident player, why not try it out this year.
